Summary
This “+1 Grip Extension” will increase the capacity of the PF-9 Magazine from seven rounds to eight rounds while simultaneously increasing the comfort of the grip for the shooter.
This accessory is sold as the following different sets:
1) PF-9-805: Black, +1 Extension Only.
2) PF-9-806: Cerokote Tan, +1 Extension Only.
3) PF-9-807: Cerokote OD Green, +1 Extension Only.
4) PF-9-808: Black, 8 Round Magazine.
5) PF-9-809: Cerokote Tan, 8 Round Magazine.
6) PF-9-810: Cerokote OD Green, 8 Round Magazine.
The 8 Round Magazine are the two interlocking base plates already assembled on a seven round magazine.
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: If you are purchasing just the +1 Extension accessory, ensure you re-assemble the magazine correctly and the Magazine Spring is installed correctly; the Magazine Spring’s angle should match the angle of the Magazine Follower. If the Magazine Spring is installed backwards, the magazine will only hold 7 rounds instead of 8.
DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1) REMOVE REAR PIECE. Press Rear Piece (PF-9-803) up from the bottom of the Magazine. A small tool, like a thin flat head screwdriver or thin file may be required to ensure Rear Piece clears the back edge of the Magazine.
2) PRESS MAGAZINE PLATE. Press a small tool into the center hole of the PF-9-801 Front Piece, pushing down on the Magazine Spring Plate.
3) REMOVE FRONT PIECE. Slide Front Piece (PF-9-801) off of Magazine, ensuring to hold the Magazine Spring Plate as the Front Piece is removed.
