You will have to purchase your own screws and use Red Loctite on the clamp surface to keep it in place.

The Allen wrench screw design is a horrible idea to use with the barrel clamp. Both Allen screws stripped out and the clamps are not even close to being tight on my barrel!

Kick ass product, easy installation, super fast delivery, light weight, well built, and anyone who says bad about it had to have gotten a defective one. Very happy customer, constant bragger, and you should give me a job
    Great rail, Excellent service!

I put this on my 9mm and followed directions and use the screw lock provided in the kit and it works perfectly well. I would recommend it to anyone plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Very good KelTec, Thanks.
    Love it

Got mine a few days ago. Got it on the gun easy enough, went out and shoot 200 rounds the next day and its still rock solid. It helps to clean the screws off VERY well (I used break cleaner) so that the locktite can do its job better.

I think product would benifit from some sort of locking lug to set and maintain top dead center with the bore and save set up time to get top rail level if using it to install scopes/ optics.

I installed a 2nd gen quad rail on mine and it works great. I just wish the instructions didn't say that the loctite was optional. I didn't put it on mine and after the first 75 rnds I had to tighten it. An awesome piece and almost a must have.
    Glad for it

Put a few hundred rounds through the gun after installing rails. Having to tighten barrel clamps, use loctite. Have installed red dot and vertical front grip. With a stack of 33 round Glock mags, this thing is a really fun gun.

its much better than the stock rail system the only down fall is that the quad rail system is not centered and sits lower on the barrel (in order to fold) .

I used a liberal amount of RED Loctite on all screws during assembly then let it cure up for a couple weeks before firing any rounds. The lower picatinny rail fell off the rifle with less than 100 rds fired.

It was a straight forward process. No problems at all. I say it's solid and cool looking. 1st Gen. quad rail responses should not be listed with 2nd Gen. in order to get accurate reviews. Thanks KEL TEC for the innovative firearms you folks put out.
    love it!

I recently installed the Gen 2 quad rail on my Sub2000. After running over 300 rounds through it it is still rock solid on the gun. It was very easy to install with the instructions provided.

My quad rail came loose after a year.I contacted Kel Tec and was told that they now use steel rings to mount to the gun and they would be sending me a replacement. Thanks Kel Tec. 31/2 stars for product and 5 stars for the company.

Hey guys, use red loctite. I have over 300 rounds (after using red) and it has not rattled loose. Patience and ingenuity, enjoy your rail.

This revision of the Quad rail rocks. Ir fits well and does not twist. I would recommend buying stainless steel screws to replace the Keltec screws. Otherwise its great
