    This little grip is no more than 6" long and about 4.5" in diameter. The pic on this site is a bit deceiving, but I'm pleased with it nonetheless. With the added barrel space it provides, I plan to attach a barrel mount for my laser sight and red dot.

    Easy to install, and it looks really great on the gun. I'll probably keep the original on, so I can use the rail accessory (a must have, btw), but this one gives it a slick look if you don't plan to buy the rail.

    I unfortunately bought this item not realizing that you cannot attach a light holder or scope to the Sub2000 when using this forend.

    This is the forend that should come with the gun. Allows attaching a rail and accessories. 5 stars for the forend. 4 stars for it not coming with the gun.

    I endorse this compact forend grip! It further minimizes the "footprint" of an already very size efficient and most excellent carbine!
